Hilary entered the professional arena as a Programmer Analyst over 18 years ago. Though she loved programming, her passion for design and creativity drove her to expand her career into event management; thus launching her Missouri based business, Creative Planning Solutions.

Afters  years of programming and event planning, Hilary relocated to Alabama.  While in Alabama, she was tasked with a project that sparked her in interest in graphic design. As more and more graphic design projects were presented to her, Hilary realized she had found her niche - web design, graphic design, and event planning - and decided to merge the three. This led to the birth of iDesignz Event Planning & Graphic Design.
